Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society William C. Hine Distinguished Service Award

Nominees must have served a minimum of five years as a Chapter Councilor at one or more member institutions. To nominate an individual, please complete the form below and return it to the Alpha Sigma Lambda national office.

Nominations must be received by 3:00 pm CST on or before July 30, 2009.

I nominate the following person for the Alpha Sigma Lambda William C. Hine Distinguished Service Award for Leadership as a Chapter Councilor:

The nominee will be asked to submit application materials describing leadership and commitment to ASL through the following: increasing the quality of programs and services for adult learners; increasing the visibility of adult learners and their achievements; fostering positive relationships between local ASL members and faculty/ staff.
